Bounce Back Book Series Grade Level: K-4 Alberta Health Services These books suggest hands-on activities which parents and teachers can use to help develop children’s resiliency skills. Books are available for ages 0-2 years, 2-4 years, and 5-9 years.
Curriculum Based Lesson Plans Grade Level: K-9 Alberta Health Services These lesson plans meet Alberta Education's Health and Life Skills Curriculum Outcomes for Kindergarten to Grade 9. At My Best Grade Level: K-3 & 4-6 PHE Canada At My Best has two free, curriculum-supported toolkits, one for K-3 and one for 4-6. The program promotes and supports physical activity, healthy eating and emotional well-being.
