Why is it Explore Your 2.4?
Most school jurisdictions in Alberta have a “walk zone” of 2.4km – families living within 2.4km of the school have the option to walk to school! Not everybody has this luxury, so we’re encouraging all families to get out and explore what’s within 2.4km of your home or school. Use this tool to learn how to map out your 2.4.
