This year, we’re excited to host the conference in the vibrant city of Edmonton — a hub for innovation, education, and community well-being.

📍 Includes 6’ table, tablecloth, free WiFi, and access to outlets.
Daily Rates:
Thursday: $350 (includes lunch)
Friday: $400 (includes breakfast & lunch)
Saturday: $400 (includes breakfast & lunch)
Multiple days can be purchased; however, to support the wellness of our delegates, we ask that you provide a different wellness interaction for the days you exhibit. With only 5 tables available each day, apply early to secure your date(s).
Hours:
Thursday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

EXHIBITOR WELLNESS ACTIVATION IDEAS
To deepen delegate engagement, we are asking that exhibitors include an interactive wellness experience. These options help drive traffic, spark conversation, and demonstrate values-driven leadership. Hosting an activation is an important aspect of our Exibitor MarketPLAYce this year. We require all exhibitors to choose an activity to support the holistic theme of the conference and to further enhance your organization's visibility and connection.
