One-Day Non-Profit Exhibitor Booth:

Your exhibitor registration includes:
- One exhibit space for one conference day (Thursday, January 28, 2027 or Friday, January 29, 2027)
- Visibility with conference attendees throughout the event
- Opportunities for networking and relationship building. Receive contact info for delegates who engage with your booth
- Promotional and sale opportunities — share postcards, flyers, branded swag, and even retail items.

- Logo featured on our conference ballroom scrolling slides

To ensure high attendee engagement, we require every exhibitor to contribute a raffle or draw prize for our closing draw. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your premier products or services to the entire crowd. Your company name and prize will be shouted out by our emcee during the drawing.
We welcome organizations whose products, services, and resources align with education, health, wellness, physical activity, inclusion, and supporting children and youth.
